Delivering a rollout of this scale across 862 individual residential sites required a delivery model built for volume, speed, and consistency. Each property presented unique access conditions, roof types, and delivery constraints, requiring strong scheduling discipline, repeatable quality controls, and safe work methods across every site.
Just as importantly, this program required clear and respectful tenant communication to minimise disruption, support smooth access, and maintain a positive experience for residents. Alongside these delivery requirements, meaningful Aboriginal participation outcomes needed to be embedded into the project through genuine employment pathways, training support, mentoring, and culturally safe workplace practices.

In parallel, TSP Energy integrated Aboriginal participation outcomes into project delivery by supporting employment and training opportunities, helping develop skills and confidence on the job, and creating pathways for long-term careers in the renewable energy sector.

This included site verification, system design, installation coordination, commissioning, and handover documentation. Bringing It Together
The Aboriginal Housing Office Solar Rollout is a 4.86 MW, multi-site program delivered across 862 properties throughout NSW, with 5.64 kW installed at each site. The portfolio is expected to generate approximately 7,800 MWh of clean electricity annually, avoiding about 5300 tonnes of CO2 annually. The project is helping reduce grid reliance and improve sustainability outcomes across AHO’s housing assets. TSP Energy’s rollout model was built for speed of delivery without compromising safety, quality, or compliance. Through strong programme management and clear tenant communication, installations were completed efficiently while minimising disruption for residents.
